Welcome!

My name is Erin. I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a coach, guide, and a trusted advisor. I guide impact-oriented leaders and organizations through growth plateaus and sticky transitions, so they can launch forward and expand their impact.

In my work, I champion leaders and their teams to help them see their true capability, realize their own capacity, and most importantly, believe in themselves.

I do this in three ways:

  • Executive coaching

  • Career advising

  • Team development

This is all designed to help reground you in your strengths, identify what isn't serving you anymore, and create the environment and structures you need to launch forward - so you can grow and evolve with refreshed clarity and energy.

Because I know that we will all benefit when impact-oriented leaders are able to truly lead and live well.

Here’s how I got here:

Like many social impact leaders, I have spent my entire career giving everything I have to my work. I was independent very early on in life, and as I grew up, I found that I always felt most comfortable looking out for those around me.

After one fortuitous job with Jumpstart which led to a long career at the organization, I spent two decades leading and growing two incredible non-profit organizations through major transformations in their models, their growth and impact, their partnerships, and their teams. I have been President, Executive Director, Chief Program Officer, head of Operations, Site Manager, Strategy Officer, and everything in between.

I understand how messy change and growth can be in mission-driven work. I also know how easy it is over time to lose momentum, to lose sight of your own strengths, and to lose belief in your own capability - as an individual and as a team.

But it wasn’t until I navigated a rapid series of personal and professional challenges in the middle of my career that I began to realize that I had also lost sight of who I was. All the traits that got me here were failing me as I tried to find my footing again. I found my way through this moment by leaning on beloved friends, colleagues, and coaches to feel seen and valued and understood again.

I also realized that I was not alone in this journey. So many of us - especially, but not only women - climb steadily forward in our careers feeling capable and talented in one moment as a leader, and then suddenly feel lost and ineffective in the next moment. I know intimately how lonely leadership can be.

I’ve always been a natural champion of those around me, and I finally decided to use those strengths to help support others through their messy moments and sticky transitions. I want to create an environment for impact-oriented leaders and their organizations where we normalize growth challenges, and we provide tactical, tangible support to help people and teams get unstuck.

This requires having the right mindset, the right 1:1 counsel, and the right structures and leaders in place to make sure everyone is set up for success - no matter what might come their way. And that is exactly where I come in.
