10 Questions to Help You Get - and Stay - Curious!
“Curiosity is the spark behind every great idea. The future belongs to the curious.” – Alicia Wallace
I often encourage my clients to get and stay curious with their team members. It is one of the basics of coaching and a practice I am committed to spreading because, as Alicia Wallace says, it sparks great ideas and connections.
Today’s Quick Tip gives you a quick reference list of 10 questions that can help you get and stay curious with your team members or direct reports. They are in no particular order and shouldn’t be stacked upon each other in a conversation - choose a few and build on the answers offered. I have listed them under “Reflection and Self-development,” though I think some can be applicable to many different topics.

What are you unwilling to give up?
How can you stretch yourself in this case?
What are you learning about yourself?
